State Approvals

Our Divorce and Custody Mediation Training has been approved in a number of states. If we are not approved in your area, we provide documentation for your application. Please check with us.

Training Approved By the Following
States
Association for Conflict Resolution	40-hour comprehensive divorce mediation training program. This training may be applied toward the requirements for practitioner membership in the association.
Illinois	Meets the requirements for Custody Mediation programs in the courts, and is approved for Social Work CEU's and 36 MCLE credits and 4 Professionalism credits. (Add $40 to receive MCLE credits.)
Iowa	Meets requirements for Iowa courts.
Kentucky	Meets requirements for Kentucky courts.
Michigan	Approved by State Court Administrative Office of the Michigan Supreme Court as a Domestic Relations Mediation Training Program under Michigan Court Rule 3.216. Additional day of Domestive Violence Screening Training and observations are required for court list. (Learn more.)
New York	Meets requirements for New York programs.
North Carolina	Meets requirements for North Carolina court programs.
Ohio	Approved by Ohio Supreme Court Program on Dispute Resolution for Divorce and Custody Mediation programs. Approved for 37.25 total CLE hours and 1.25 of professionalism hours.
Pennsylvania	Meets requirements for PA Court Rule 1940.4 and PA Continuing Legal Education credits.
Tennessee	Meets requirements for Tennessee. An additional day of Tennessee law is required.
Washington	Meets requirements for Washington courts.
