Mediation Training and Consultation Institute offers a range of mediation training opportunities to suit your needs and help you fulfill state requirements in multiple states. Basic and advanced programs are given onsite throughout the country for sponsoring groups and organizations.
In addition, we offer regular 40-hour public trainings in divorce and custody mediation in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and Chicago, Illinois. This basic training has been approved in a number of states.
Institute President Zena Zumeta has taught thousands of mediators and is a popular speaker at professional conferences throughout the country. She brings more than 25 years of extensive experience to the classroom in an engaging, responsive way.
